Elderly husband and wife die in Northwest Side house fire

An elderly couple died in a fire Thanksgiving night in their house in the Old Irving Park neighborhood, officials said, a blaze that may have been linked to the woman smoking a cigarette while using supplemental oxygen to help her breathe.
